  • On or before September 11, 2009 - $175 - 1st person/ $150 - 2nd person / $125 - 3 or more people.


  • After September 11, 2009 - $225 - 1st person/$200 - 2nd person/$175 - 3 or more people.


  • Non-member registration fees (no volume discount):
  • $300 – per person non-member rate, on or before September 11, 2009
  • $400 – per person non-member rate, after September 11, 2009

    Your account will be debited for the amount of this registration within 15 days. The same account used to pay your EPN Association dues will be debited. If you are not an EPN Association Member, you must pay by check.

    Invoice will be sent to registrant above. Registrants selecting this option must remit payment prior to attending the conference. Payment not received will result in an onsite registration surcharge of $10.00 being charged for each registration.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations received by EPN on or before September 11 will be refunded in full less $25 to recoup administrative costs. For cancellations received after September 11, no refunds can be issued. Substitutions are accepted any time. Call Vivian McThay at 888-376-4670.
